Job Summary
A company in the travel industry needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Travel Reservations Agent in Boise.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting customers with technical website and mobile navigation needs
- Answering customer's inquiries regarding all aspects of their travel
- Making new reservations and change existing reservations on scheduled domestic and international flights
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Some in-office time is required
- Minimum age of 18 years old
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Demonstrated knowledge and aptitude to use computers and related technology skillfully required
- Proficient keyboard skills required
