A travel services company specializing in cheap airline tickets is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Travel Service Associate Member Success Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Becoming an expert on our members and translating their wants and needs into product and process improvements
  • Using appropriate qualitative and quantitative data points to tell member stories
  • Thinking critically about and participating in improving current Member Success tools, processes, and procedures

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 1+ years of customer support experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to provide excellent support primarily via chat, as well as email and social media
  • Ability to take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions
  • Ability to communicate effectively cross-functionally
