A travel services company specializing in cheap airline tickets is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Travel Service Associate Member Success Specialist.

- Becoming an expert on our members and translating their wants and needs into product and process improvements
- Using appropriate qualitative and quantitative data points to tell member stories
- Thinking critically about and participating in improving current Member Success tools, processes, and procedures
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1+ years of customer support experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to provide excellent support primarily via chat, as well as email and social media
- Ability to take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions
- Ability to communicate effectively cross-functionally
