Job Summary
A medical group is seeking a Telecommute Treasury Assistant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review lockbox deposits received to payments posted to ensure balancing
- Review annual 1099s
- Record Stipend receipts into the Accounting software
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Accounting/Treasury(banking) knowledge and experience
- High school diploma required
- Prior experience that demonstrates strong reconciliation skills is needed
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing
- Ability to identify, research and solve problems and discrepancies
- Knowledge of and skill in using personal computers in a windows environment
