Job Summary
A travel company has a current position open for a Telecommute Trip Planning Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Setting up and maintain a work space to facilitate the planning process
- Obtaining grocery order and forward to destination concierge
- Collaborating with the Member Care Team for each member stay after the reservation is transitioned
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Hospitality and guest service experience, including solid knowledge of the local area
- Organization and high level of attention to detail with the ability to multitask
- Proficient with communication technology (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and chat applications)
