Job Summary
An eCommerce supply company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Trust Safety Fraud Specialist in San Francisco.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify fraud patterns and conduct investigations to deter fraudulent/suspicious activities
- Maintain a queue of inbound shopper & customer appeals with time management and prioritization skills
- Recognize and present opportunities to improve and drive tasks to full resolution
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1-2+ years professional experience, ideally in a fast-paced setting in Fraud, Data Processing, or Support related fields
- Understanding of the gig economy and proficient in Excel/ Google Sheets
- Weekends or holiday availability and the ability to operate within a high degree of confidentiality
