Job Summary
An information technology consultancy has a current position open for a Telecommute Trusts and Estates Attorney in Newton.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and revise practical guidance articles on trusts and estates and probate topics
- Review and update wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents
- Draft new forms, checklists, charts, and other how-to guidance on estate planning topics, as needed
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Member, in good standing, of the Massachusetts State Bar
- 5+ years of experience as a practicing trusts and estates attorney
- Excellent writing, editing, and legal research skills
- Comfortable working in Microsoft Word with track changes and conducting online research
- Effective written and oral communication skills
