Job Summary

An IT company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute UCCE Infrastructure Engineer in Tampa.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing support to enterprise level customers regarding advanced UCCE issues
  • Working in a delivery support environment that involves structured processes and timelines
  • Providing support to Solutions Architects for installation and support of UC and UCCE components in Cisco CC solutions

Required Skills:

  • 2-4+ years administration, troubleshooting and support experience with Cisco UC/CC, Cisco Gateways/CUBE and Cisco CUSP
  • Four-year college degree from an accredited institution and/or Minimum of five years’ experience in a related field
  • Experience with and understanding of Cisco Layer2/Layer3 networking
  • Experience with Cisco UCS and VMware implementation and networking
  • Experience with Telephony Provider circuits (ISDN/SIP
