Job Summary
A retail mortgage lending institution is in need of a Telecommute Underwriter III.
Must be able to:
- Issue credit decision based on underwriting review and program eligibility
- Reconcile credit report to 1003 and insure that all liabilities are considered in AUS
- Evaluate file documentation to ensure loan meets Investor/Agency program criteria
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Requires occasional travel for training and meetings
- FHA DE delegation and VA LAPP/SAR
- Minimum 5 years underwriting experience
- Experience with multiple financed properties and manufactured homes
- Thorough knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA and VA guidelines
