A staffing agency has an open position for a Telecommute Underwriter in Cleveland.

Must be able to:

• Analyze loan risk and requesting additional information as necessary
• Review and verify loan applications and supporting documentation
• Prepare reports on assessment findings

Skills and Requirements Include:

• High mathematical aptitude
• Must be highly organized and able to prioritize multiple deadlines effectively
• At least 3 years of recent and relevant underwriting conventional, FHA, VA, or Bond Program loans
• Expert level knowledge of mortgage loan processing and relevant legal regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and automated underwriting systems
