Job Summary

A company providing services and technology for the real estate and mortgage industries is seeking a Telecommute Underwriter.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Completing underwriting of mortgage loans
  • Effectively and quickly communicating any areas of concern
  • Performing required analysis of property appraisals

Qualifications Include:

  • Experience in frontline underwriting on retail, wholesale, and/or jumbo loans
  • Excellent working knowledge of DU/LP/AUS, FHA Connection and Total Scorecard
  • Must have an active NMLS license
  • Ability to work remotely
