An insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommute Underwriting Assistant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Actively learning about the market, underwriting and business plans and reinsurance
- Actively increasing presence within the market
- Understanding underwriters and teams globally
Position Requirements Include:
- Previous experience working within the commercial insurance environment
- Strong knowledge of common industry standards
- Experience within Inland Marine and Commercial Property
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to summarize large amounts of information
- Solid Knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products: Outlook, Word, Excel, etc
