Job Summary

A financial institution needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Underwriting Call Center Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Monitor and audit correspondence to customers
  • Provide guidance to team members regarding underwriting guides
  • Manage and directs call center teams as a leader and a coach

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Minimum of 2+ management experience in a Call Center
  • Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a management role
  • Minimum of 10+ years' experience in the Conventional and/or Government Mortgage Underwriting
