Job Summary
A financial institution needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Underwriting Call Center Manager.
Must be able to:
- Monitor and audit correspondence to customers
- Provide guidance to team members regarding underwriting guides
- Manage and directs call center teams as a leader and a coach
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum of 2+ management experience in a Call Center
- Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a management role
- Minimum of 10+ years' experience in the Conventional and/or Government Mortgage Underwriting
