Job Summary

A accounts receivable management company has an open position for a Telecommute Unemployment Claims Coordinator in Jacksonville.

Must be able to:

• Adjust medium to large volume clients' unemployment claims
• Work to move claim toward appropriate claim closure which may include appeal to hearing or Board of Review
• Support other claims staff with larger or more complex claims as necessary

Required Skills:

• Represent Company at administrative unemployment compensation hearings as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with data-entry utilizing a computer
• Have a wired, high-speed internet connection (Download speed of 20Mbps+)
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
