A staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommute University Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Articulating and negotiating all aspects of the job offer with candidates
- Consulting with school recruiters, interviewers and hiring managers
- Maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates to deliver against immediate priorities
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3 years of relevant work experience
- A minimum of 1 year in recruiting field
- Experience developing candidate attraction and sourcing strategies
- Ability to screen and assess candidate talent against set competencies
- Working proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook
- Professional customer service and phone communication skills
