Skills and Requirements Include:
- Up to 25% travel
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of successful full-cycle recruitment experience, campus and university relations experience
- 3+ years of experience assessing and identifying the needs of Hiring Managers
- Experience in TA systems such as Applicant Tracking Systems and CRMs
