Job Summary

A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Upgrade Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Review Basic customer overages and create a pipeline of Premium-eligible customers
  • Schedule and perform online demos with qualified customers
  • Help to define processes that move the needle from reactive to proactive outreach

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
  • Proven track record of quota and goal achievement
  • You've worked in a company doing account management and upselling
  • You have managed contracts or annual negotiations
  • You have given demos and can speak to technology at a high level
  • You have a background in SaaS
