Job Summary
A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Upgrade Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review Basic customer overages and create a pipeline of Premium-eligible customers
- Schedule and perform online demos with qualified customers
- Help to define processes that move the needle from reactive to proactive outreach
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
- Proven track record of quota and goal achievement
- You've worked in a company doing account management and upselling
- You have managed contracts or annual negotiations
- You have given demos and can speak to technology at a high level
- You have a background in SaaS
