Job Summary

A health insurance company has an open position for a Telecommute User Acceptance Testing Business Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain test scripts, using business / IT requirements
  • Create and present reports defining project progress, status, challenges and solutions
  • Evaluate requirements for business need and optimal user experience

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Health Services, Business Administration, or related; OR equivalent combination
  • 2+ years of UAT analyst experience and change management experience
  • 2+ years of work experience in a high matrixed corporate setting
  • 1+ years of data analysis and/or audit experience within the healthcare industry
  • Intermediate level of proficiency working with Microsoft Excel
  • Advanced level of proficiency in tracking, trending and reporting on metrics
