Job Summary

An IT company is filling a position for a Telecommute User Assistance Developer.

Must be able to:

  • Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to design our next generation of user assistance technology
  • Design, develop, and maintain user assistance and training documentation
  • Create a variety of user assistance for your assigned product

Position Requirements Include:

  • Technical aptitude
  • At least three years of experience in technical writing or similar field
  • Strong writing skills; samples required
  • Familiarity with software development processes and concepts
  • A basic understanding of Cloud computing and how customers purchase and use a Cloud computing solution
