Job Summary

A multinational professional services firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute User Experience Lead in Alpharetta.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Defining and implementing an end user support experience target and roadmap
  • Developing best practices for accessing support
  • Maximizing the success of our people’s ability to find the information they need

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Travel to support activities
  • Strong understanding of the desired end user support experience
  • UX-focused content strategist
  • Understanding of analytics (and other feedback channels)
  • Bachelor’s degree in information design or related field
  • Must meet all other listed company requirements
