Job Summary
A multinational professional services firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute User Experience Lead in Alpharetta.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Defining and implementing an end user support experience target and roadmap
- Developing best practices for accessing support
- Maximizing the success of our people’s ability to find the information they need
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel to support activities
- Strong understanding of the desired end user support experience
- UX-focused content strategist
- Understanding of analytics (and other feedback channels)
- Bachelor’s degree in information design or related field
- Must meet all other listed company requirements
