A staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommute User Experience Prototyper in Bernards.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Support the development of the vision and strategy of the E2E Customer Experience
- Represent the voice of the customer supporting a user-led approach and leading cross-functional teams
- Deliver a transformative customer experience
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience with Agile environment and Scrum Works
- Experience in Web and mobile development for Tier one carrier or Major e-commerce provider
- Understanding of Epics and User Stories, Tasks, Spikes and related issues
- Project management software Jira and Confluence and workflows experience
- Journey mapping LBGUPS (Learn, Buy, Get, Use, Pay, Service) terminology and approach experinece
- Experiencing using prototyping software as well as design patterns
