Job Summary

A user experience design firm is seeking a Telecommute User Experience Researcher.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Focusing on methodologies and being responsible for planning, executing, and delivering recommendations
  • Discovering the goals, needs, motivators, desires, pain points, influencers, limitations, strengths, and such for our clients users'
  • Measuring and distilling user research and testing results into recommendations

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in User Centered Design, Cognitive Sciences, Usability Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Thorough knowledge of user-centered design principles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong active listening, presentation skills, and facilitation skills
  • Experience as a Business Analyst of MBA
