Job Summary

A global healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute User Experience Senior Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading UX teams in many aspects of digital product design
  • Developing, evangelizing and executing the UX strategy for digital products and services
  • Leading team members in Agile/Scrum methodology to deliver high quality, incremental work deliverables

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of experience in design
  • Experience working with complex, enterprise-level user-facing and internal systems
  • Exceptional design talents and a portfolio that demonstrates stylistic breadth
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, among others)
  • Experience in the healthcare industry
