Job Summary

An accounting firm is seeking a Telecommute User Experience Support Leader in Alpharetta.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Define and implement an end user support experience
  • Leverage data analysis, user research, benchmarking, and audits to inform content decisions
  • Recommend staff for hire, set business objectives, coach and review staff accomplishments

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to travel to support project activities and to review global directives
  • Bachelor’s in information design, marketing, journalism, mass communication, web design, or related
  • 10 years relevant work experience in digital content, web publishing, multi-media, or related
  • Experience or exposure to AI and conversational UI tools and approaches
