Job Summary
An accounting firm is seeking a Telecommute User Experience Support Leader in Alpharetta.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Define and implement an end user support experience
- Leverage data analysis, user research, benchmarking, and audits to inform content decisions
- Recommend staff for hire, set business objectives, coach and review staff accomplishments
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel to support project activities and to review global directives
- Bachelor’s in information design, marketing, journalism, mass communication, web design, or related
- 10 years relevant work experience in digital content, web publishing, multi-media, or related
- Experience or exposure to AI and conversational UI tools and approaches
