An entertainment technology company is in need of a Telecommute User Research Manager Advertising.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Building and leading a team of user researchers with a broad remit for improving listener or B2B experience
- Setting the research agenda for the team that enhances impact and influence on key product and business decisions
- Proactively identifying gaps and opportunities for new research
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience as a people-manager or leader, are a mentor & guide & have shown you can aid development of early career researchers
- 5+ years in a research role at a consumer-focused or B2B company
- Have a proven expertise in the field of user experience research - from both education and work experience
- Have broad experience of evaluative & formative qualitative research methods
- Are comfortable planning, scoping, conducting, analyzing and communicating research
