Job Summary

A software developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Utilities Sales Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Designing and implementing multi-channel sales strategy
  • Negotiating and closing contracts
  • Developing proposal strategy for qualified opportunities both sole source and responding to RFPs

Required Skills:

  • Proven track record of closing multi-million dollar deals
  • 5+ years experience selling to electric and gas utilities
  • Mac-savvy and proficient with Google Apps and HubSpot CRM
  • Expert in Deal Origination, Sales Process, Solution Shaping and Contract Negotiations
  • Adept at understanding client needs and translating technical concepts into simple solutions
  • A solid grasp of the utility energy efficiency, distributed energy resources, and/or electric vehicle sector
