Job Summary
A staffing and recruitment agency is in need of a Telecommute Utility Service Inbound Call Center Agent in Edison.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answer billing questions, take payments, notify of possible service disconnection due to late payments
- Answer inbound calls from current customers regarding their utility service
- Help new customers set up new service
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
