Job Summary
A provider of healthcare services is seeking a Telecommute Utilization Management Clinical Care Coordinator in Louisville.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting the Utilization Management department in all administrative duties
- Answering calls and responding to inquiries as needed by UM clinical teams
- Trouble shooting when a provider, type of service, or level of care cannot be readily found
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Associates Degree or higher, with 2-3 years of experience in administrative support position
- Excellent customer service, multitasking, and communication skill in fast paced environment
- Must be detail oriented; able to work independently in an ever changing environment
- Must be able to work collaboratively with internal staff and external providers
- Must be highly proficient in Word, Excel
