Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Utilization Management Director.

Must be able to:

  • Serve as an instrumental partner in the development of key performance indicators
  • Provide direction and oversight to ensure effective management of inpatient care and discharge planning
  • Optimize processes and workflows to achieve successful quality outcomes

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 7 years of experience in acute clinical/surgical experience and/or behavioral health clinical setting
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN), Health Administration, Nutrition or business related field
  • 3 years of management experience in a managed health care setting
  • Other current experience in utilization management
  • Required Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Microsoft Proficient, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook
