Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute Utilization Review Facility Based Care Advocate.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Focusing on initial inpatient admission for psychiatric and chemical dependency patients
- Making patient assessments and determining appropriate levels of care
- Obtaining information from providers on outpatient requests for treatment
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Licensed Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling/Marriage/Family Counseling or RN
- 2+ years of experience in behavioral health
- Licenses must be active and unrestricted
- 2+ years of experience in a related mental health environment post license
- Proficient Microsoft skills with the ability to toggle between multiple systems
- Designated work space and access to install secure high speed internet via cable/DSL in home
