Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Telecommute UX Designer.

Must be able to:

• Gain an understanding of user needs and goals, and work with your team to address them
• Collaborate across product teams to launch features based on user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Create task flows, wireframes, prototypes, and other interaction design deliverables

Required Skills:

• 2+ years experience designing simple solutions for complex problems
• Experience with talking to users to understand their goals, frustrations, and needs
• Ability to quickly prototype to better communicate designs and ideas
• Ability to advocate for the user and explain your design decisions
