Job Summary
A financial services and insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommute UX Designer Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Apply expert knowledge and experience in the practice of human-centered design
- Deliver a unified design vision for complex Member and Employee experiences
- Build trust-based relationships that drive the alignment of stakeholders
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum
- 8 years of relevant, on-the-job experience in a Product Design, UX Design, or related field
- Subject matter expertise designing and supporting digital products inside an Agile environment
- Mastery of product design, user interface and interaction design, visual design, etc
- A portfolio that demonstrates subject matter expertise designing digital experiences
- Subject matter expert skills in standard applications, including Sketch, InVision, etc
