A UX research agency has an open position for a Telecommute UX Researcher.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Launching and running a monthly usability testing program for a healthcare company
  • Conducting in-depth interviews with 25 customers and customer service agents
  • Overhauling an e-commerce site's "Learning Center"

Position Requirements Include:

  • Some travel required
