Job Summary
A web design and development agency is in need of a Telecommute UX Researcher.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Applying a service design mindset to challenges with a relentless focus on user needs
- Determining the right tool and method for helping to uncover insights about internal and/or end users
- Facilitating discovery workshops with government agencies
Qualifications for this position include:
- Work in a remote work environment with potential for some on-site travel
- 3 - 5 years experience in practicing qualitative user research methods
- Have used a combination of human-centered design, lean and agile methodologies
- Experience successfully shipping working software
- Experience working in diverse teams and knows how to both leverage the strengths of each team member
- Experience working with complex stakeholder relationships
