Job Summary

A software solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute UX Researcher.

Must be able to:

  • Manage relationships with third-party research vendors when needed
  • Recommend research practices and providing UX feedback on solutions
  • Lead research for discovery and iterative product development initiatives

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Willingness to travel and attend yearly company retreats
  • Demonstrates expertise with preparation for and execution of interviewing, concept testing, usability testing, etc
  • 7 years of product design research experience
  • Seasoned practitioner in both qualitative and quantitative research
  • Experience with both generative and evaluative research initiatives
