Job Summary
A financial services company is in need of a Telecommute UX Researcher.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing and moderating usability tests in concert with product stakeholders
- Managing the design and implementation of research processes
- Organizing and storing research-based usability knowledge and providing insights
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Experience with moderated usability studies and participant recruiting/screener creation
- Experience with experimental design, test method selection, debriefing,
- Experience with facilitation, and statistical/qualitative/quantitative analysis
- Able to manage multiple research projects and assist teammates through research
- Skills to conduct interviews and create/deliver written and oral presentations
