Job Summary
A leader in simple, secure, intelligent networking and IoT platforms is filling a position for a Telecommute UX Researcher.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Helping your teams empathize with users and identifying the right problems to solve
- Identifying the best methods, qualitative and quantitative, to help teams get answers to their questions
- Conducting evaluative UX research including concept testing and usability testing
Required Skills:
- Have a degree in Cognitive Psychology, Human-computer Interaction, or other related field
- Have at least 3 years’ experience with UX research
- Have experience with analytics tools such as Qualtrics, Usertesting.com, Google Analytics, and FullStory
- Have a desire to understand people; their behaviors, attitudes, and motivations
- Find excitement in working in an industry with complex workflows
- Demonstrate good judgment in tradeoffs between time/effort and quality
