Job Summary

A leader in simple, secure, intelligent networking and IoT platforms is filling a position for a Telecommute UX Researcher.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Helping your teams empathize with users and identifying the right problems to solve
Identifying the best methods, qualitative and quantitative, to help teams get answers to their questions
Conducting evaluative UX research including concept testing and usability testing

Required Skills:

Have a degree in Cognitive Psychology, Human-computer Interaction, or other related field
Have at least 3 years’ experience with UX research
Have experience with analytics tools such as Qualtrics, Usertesting.com, Google Analytics, and FullStory
Have a desire to understand people; their behaviors, attitudes, and motivations
Find excitement in working in an industry with complex workflows
Demonstrate good judgment in tradeoffs between time/effort and quality
