A rental property management firm has a current position open for a Telecommute Vacation Rental Licensed Sales Development Representative in Kihei.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build a robust sales pipeline by prospecting new leads through creative outreach
- Actively listen to customer needs while building rapport
- Maintain strong follow-up with leads and partners to help maximize conversion and meet goals
Qualifications for this position include:
- Occasional offsite team meetings in your region or our HQ locations
- Active Hawaii Real Estate License
- Experience in lead generation
- Ability to build trust with prospects over the phone
- Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about basic and advanced technology
- Excellent communication skills a must
