Job Summary
A vacation rental company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Vacation Rental Sales Director General Manager in Jacksonville .
Must be able to:
- Recruiting homeowners and properties into the program with consultative selling
- Building a consistent and growing opportunity pipeline, such as cold calling, email marketing, mail campaigns
- Leading local operations and account management teams
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum of three years of consultative outside sales experience
- General knowledge and understanding of the Amelia Island/Jacksonville market
- Motivation to work with a small, entrepreneurial team in a fast growing company
- Experience with sales management systems and proficiency with MS Office and related software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
