Job Summary
A rental property management firm is seeking a Telecommute Vacation Rental Sales Support Specialist in Panama City Beach.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Perform CRM updates and maintain pipeline hygiene
- Collect information for the post-signed agreement to put into the Onboarding process
- Customize communication to include; local regulatory notices, prospective clients, etc
Qualifications for this position include:
- Able to work remotely with occasional travel
- Experience using CRM software
- A self-starter with exceptional organizational skills
- Self-motivated and self-sufficient while having the confidence to seek guidance and direction as needed
- Solid computer skills, including experience with Google software and cloud computing programs
