Job Summary
A health insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Value Based Reimbursement Implementation Medicare and Retirement Senior Capability Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Organizing and leading a team that implements assigned M&R Delegation or Capitation initiatives
- Ensuring alignment and understanding of program/project scope and objectives
- Guiding teams across multiple disciplines as they complete implementation tasks
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Intermediate or greater level of proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- 3+ years of managerial/staff supervisory experience
- 5+ years of project management experience
- 3+ years with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes
- 3+ years of experience with creation and deployment of operational tools
- 3+ years of experience developing tools, task plans, milestone charts, status reports
