Job Summary
A customer interaction platform is seeking a Telecommute Value Engineering Consultant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Working with prospective customers to help them understand maximum business value from their investment
- Developing sophisticated financial models to position the ROI of solutions for Executive management
- Managing the engagement cycle and working directly with customers/prospects to run discovery around their use case
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel requirement: up to 40%
- Build complex ROI / TCO models, business process maturity models
- Executive Presence and excellent communication skills required
- CCaaS Experience, Contact Center Management Experience or CRM software experience
- High Proficiency in Excel
- All other requirements necessary for this position
