An international venture capital and private equity firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Vault Engineering Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Owning the full lifecycle of feature development from design through testing and release
- Ensuring high reliability of product through thoughtful testing and release practices
- Hiring and growing a team in a fast-growing organization
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Have managed or supported engineers on small or large teams
- Experience working with distributed software
- Experience with customer support or OSS community support
- Expertise in one or more of the major public clouds
- Have worked with engineers utilizing, or worked with, low-level programming languages
- Passion for the Unix philosophy, and small, concise tools
