Job Summary

A staffing agency is filling a position for a Telecommute VDI Systems Engineer in Greensboro.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Defining application and system configuration standards
• Designing technical architecture for all core application services
• Identifying and recommending usage policies and operational guidelines

Required Skills:

• Enterprise knowledge of Active Directory/DHCP/DNS/Group Policy in a distributed environment
• Expert knowledge of industry deployment tools such as SCCM, LANDESK, etc
• Expert knowledge of automated application packaging and distribution methodologies and tools
• Broad knowledge of how to install, configure, and patch Microsoft and third-party desktop applications
• Broad experience with system management and patching tools such as Solarwinds Patch Manager
• Customer service orientation and sense of urgency to maintain expected service levels
