Job Summary
A vehicle rental company is in need of a Telecommute Vehicle Rental Customer Service Agent.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing a variety of in-bound call support
- Listening to customer concerns, documenting them and, resolving when able
- Providing technical support and assistance with regards to our products and services
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to attend three weeks of instructor-led paid training/education
- Must enjoy helping people, have an outgoing personality and have a customer focused attitude
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and attention to detail
