Job Summary
A vehicle company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Vehicle Sales Operations Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Monitor Customer Satisfaction metrics
- Engage key management to develop and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Provide recommendations for staffing, personnel planning and recruiting within the dealership
Required Skills:
- Travel to assigned dealerships
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing
- Demonstrated viable FOM and/or Dealer After-Sales Management experience
- 7-10 years of experience with automotive retail and/or wholesale activities
- Extensive knowledge of dealership service operations
