Job Summary

A vehicle company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Vehicle Sales Operations Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Monitor Customer Satisfaction metrics
  • Engage key management to develop and implement corrective actions as necessary
  • Provide recommendations for staffing, personnel planning and recruiting within the dealership

Required Skills:

  • Travel to assigned dealerships
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing
  • Demonstrated viable FOM and/or Dealer After-Sales Management experience
  • 7-10 years of experience with automotive retail and/or wholesale activities
  • Extensive knowledge of dealership service operations
