Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Vendor Deal Registration Specialist in Denver.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Supporting the outside sales Account Manager and Inside Sales Specialist on deal registration requests to vendors
  • Providing outstanding and enthusiastic communication both by phone and email for follow-up with vendors
  • Monitoring the ongoing status of existing deal registrations and extending them as necessary

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • HS diploma/GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent education and experience
  • 1 year or more of experience in sales or customer service
  • Ability to multitask ongoing activities from multiple people in a fast environment with persistence is essential
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience skills required, including intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook
  • CRM software experience and experience with internet navigation
