Job Summary

A staffing company is in need of a Telecommute Venture Capital Fund Accountant in Oakland.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Handling all the fund and fund accounting
  • Building the accounting team from the ground up

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Come in when you want, leave when you want
  • Up to 3 years of VC/PE/Real Estate fund accounting exposure (public or industry)
  • Experience with Quarterly partnership closing
  • Waterfall, Partnership and management fee accounting experience
  • Capital call and distribution experience
