Job Summary
A financial technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Verifications Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Communicate with third parties such as employers, schools, state boards, and online databases
- Handle many inbound/outbound transactions by phone, email, and fax
- Document interactions and transactions accurately according to company procedures
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent; some college or technical college preferred
- At least 1-2 Years’ experience completing verifications for a background screening firm
- Knowledge of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Consumer Reporting Agencies (CRAs)
- Demonstrated ability to gather and assess information in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a professional customer service setting, business-to-business is ideal
