Job Summary

A financial technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Verifications Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Communicate with third parties such as employers, schools, state boards, and online databases
  • Handle many inbound/outbound transactions  by phone, email, and fax
  • Document interactions and transactions accurately according to company procedures

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent; some college or technical college preferred
  • At least 1-2 Years’ experience completing verifications for a background screening firm
  • Knowledge of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Consumer Reporting Agencies (CRAs)
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and assess information in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a professional customer service setting, business-to-business is ideal
