- Applying human capital methodologies to support Veterans Affairs human capital activities
- Developing strategies and concepts to execute for workforce activities
- Aligning VA initiatives with IT management goals and workforce management goals
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelors in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, English or Business
- 2-4 years of Human capital Management and Communications experience in a federal agency.
- Strong strategy development, presentation, writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in communications and federal IT
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Veterans Affairs Public Trust
