Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Veterans and Military Spouses Inbound Customer Service and Call Center Representative.
Must be able to:
- Record details of inquiries, comments or complaints
- Escalate unresolved and pending customer grievances
- Work within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3 or more years of Customer Service experience
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong typing and computer navigation skills
- Effective verbal and listening communication skills
- Must be available to work any shift between the hours of (8am to 8pm Member Time EST Monday - Friday)
